1. Octadecyl alcohol reacts with hydrogen chloride gas at 150 ℃ under the catalysis of zinc chloride to generate chlorooctadecane. After washing with water, chlorooctadecane reacts with 40% dimethylamine at a reaction temperature of 130-140 ℃ and a pressure of 2-4MPa to obtain octadecyldimethylamine.
2. Introduce octadecyldimethylamine into a pressure vessel, add an appropriate amount of isopropanol and water as the reaction medium, and then add a small amount of sodium hydroxide as a catalyst. After replacing the air in the kettle with nitrogen, raise the temperature to 50 ℃, and introduce 1% (mass) more chloroform than the theoretical amount. Closed pressure vessel. React at 0.5MPa for 4 hours. The reaction is over. After desalination treatment, dilute with water to the required concentration. The finished product is produced when the discharge is canned.
Sealed, stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and close to ignition sources.
